The trek starts at Manali with a drive to Shuru town found 4 kilometers from the town. Itinerary

Day 1

*This excursion will begin with a 4 km drive from Manali to Shuru town which is the beginning stage of your trek.
*The underlying trail ascends to the Banara town through an apple plantations and pine woods.
*You can invest some energy to investigate Banara town.
*A precarious move from Banara through thick pine woodland will take you to your campground in Tilgan (3000m). The entire trek will take you around 6 hours.

Day 2

*You will start your day with a gentle ascent up the hillside, the trail goes through pine, golden oak and birch forest traversing the mountain.
*At the end of the forest, the trail climbs up to a saddle which is the campsite of Sarotu (3300m).
*The whole trek takes you around 6 hours and you can rest at the campsite overnight.

Day 3

*This day sees you on a steep hike through the mountain slopes that will lead you to Sethen dome at an altitude of 4100m above sea level.
*Spend some time to enjoy the views from above and then you will return back to the Sarotu camp and again the whole trek will take you around 6 hours.

Day 4

*The day starts with a trail that descends down the lush alpine forest, crossing a mountain stream and winding its way downwards to reach the village of Vashisht.
*A bath in the holy hot water springs at Vashisht would be an ideal way to end the trek.
